• I’ve got to say how impressed I was with the whole appointment. From the moment I walked in I was put at ease by Nichola and Robin. I was particularly impressed with Robin honest assessment and really useful guidance he gave me and the possibility of alternative treatment rather than the laser treatment. I ended up not having the treatment and felt guilty that I had wasted his time but he was wonderful and assured me it was fine.
