The Barn Clinic’s policy regarding the right to cancel appointments and/or refuse patients.
Clinic’s Discretion:
The clinic reserves the right to cancel appointments and/or refuse patients at its discretion. While we strive to provide timely and reliable healthcare services to our patients, there may be circumstances beyond our control or instances where accepting certain appointments is not feasible or appropriate.

Notification of Cancellation/Refusal:
In the event that the clinic needs to cancel an appointment or refuse a patient appointment, every effort will be made to notify the affected patient in a timely and respectful manner. Notification may be provided via phone call, email, or written correspondence, depending on the circumstance.
Rescheduling Options/Appeals Process:
Patients whose appointments are cancelled by the clinic will be given priority for rescheduling once the situation permits. There is no appeals process for patients who have been refused by the clinic.
No Liability or Obligation:
The clinic shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damage incurred as a result of the cancellation of an appointment or refusal of a patient appointment. Patients are encouraged to seek alternative healthcare providers if their needs cannot be met by the clinic.
